Mr. Shivratan Krishnakumar Agarwal - Independent Director

He has more than 14 years of professional experience in the field of accounts, finance, statutory audit, internal audit, loan syndication, initial public offering (IPO), Direct and Indirect taxation, Implementation of SAP, handling bank stock audits and bank unit inspection on behalf of companies. He is also handling Statutory Audit of the Companies under IBC, 2016."

Mrs. Pinki Kedia - Independent Director

Mrs. Pinki Kedia is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) graduate from Mumbai University. She is the founder partner of Kedia Singhania & Co., Chartered Accountants, specializing in audit, taxation, and corporate advisory services. She is a certified professional in GST, ADR, and Bank Audits and is also qualified as an Independent Director. CA Pinki Kedia is through professional in Audit, Taxations and Accounts. Her main focuses on Statutory Audits, forensic Audits, Bank Audits – Concurrent, Stock, Income Leakage, Statutory Branch Audits and Corporate Advisory Services.

She is past convenor of one of the largest CA study circle, jb nagar cpe study circle which has more than 1500 CA members

A dedicated leader, she holds various positions within the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), including Treasurer of WIRC-ICAI for 2024-25 and Chairperson of WICASA. Mr. Brijmohan Agarwal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. He has been in professional practice since 1981.

He joined Borkar & Muzumdar, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai in 1984 and has been a Partner in the firm since 1987. He has over 35 years of extensive experience in the fields of Domestic and International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Statutory Audits and Investigation Audits. He has handled audits of Nationalised Banks, Foreign Banks and large Public Sector Undertakings, including assignments involving regulatory investigations and special audits.
